Support our mission
Help a young person discover what's possible.
Your support expands access to creative education, technology, mentorship, career exploration, and experiences that can change the trajectory of a young person's future.
Where it goes
Creative talent is everywhere. Opportunity is not.
Giving to Music to the Ears pays for the parts of opportunity that cost money: equipment, instructors, transport, technology, and the time of working professionals.
- Creative education in schools, libraries, and community spaces
- Technology and equipment in the hands of students who lack them
- Mentorship from working creative professionals
- Field trips, Creative Career Days, and industry experiences
- Scholarships and support through the Creative Pathways Fund
- Inclusive programming for students routinely left out of it
Ways to give
Six routes, one destination.
Pick whichever suits how you give. All of them fund the same thing: young people in rooms making real work.
One-time gift
Support programming directly, at any amount. The fastest way to put equipment, instruction, and experiences in front of young people.
Recurring giving
Monthly support is what lets programming be planned rather than improvised. It is the most useful gift the foundation receives.
Corporate giving
Company-level support, often paired with hosting students, supplying technology, or sending practitioners into classrooms.
Sponsorship
Fund a named program, initiative, or activation into a specific school, library, or community.
Donor-advised funds
Recommend a grant to Music to the Ears Foundation through your DAF. We can supply the documentation your sponsor requires.
Program and initiative support
Direct your gift at a specific program or initiative - Tech for Teens, See Sound, the Creative Pathways Fund, or a Creative Economy Hub.
Ready to give?
The online giving flow is being set up. In the meantime, start the conversation and we will send the right details for the way you want to give - including the documentation a donor-advised fund or a corporate giving team will need.
Real impact.
Real outcomes.
Institutional philanthropy
Foundations, trusts, and corporate giving.
Larger gifts are usually directed at a named program, initiative, or community. We can supply a scope, a budget, and the reporting format your board expects before anything is committed.
What we will not do
No projected numbers to win a gift.
Music to the Ears does not supply forecast outcome figures to support an application. Numbers get used when there is a source behind them, which protects the funder more than it protects us.
Support our mission. Expand what's possible.
Their creativity is already there. Help us unlock the opportunity.
Music to the Ears Foundation is a nonprofit foundation. Every gift goes into programming, equipment, instruction, and experiences for young people.
