Years of impact
Creative education delivered continuously, not a pilot.

Impact
More than a decade of opening doors, creating access, and connecting young people to experiences they might otherwise never have.
The numbers we publish
These are the four headline figures we publish. Individual stories carry the counts from their own programs, each with the partner named.
10+10+
Creative education delivered continuously, not a pilot.
20K+20K+
Hands-on creative learning, not one-off assemblies.
40+40+
Campuses, districts, libraries, and community organizations.
250+250+
Programs, workshops, field trips, and activations delivered across schools, libraries, public spaces, and communities.
Figures reflect cumulative reach across Music to the Ears programs, experiences, and partnerships over more than a decade of delivery. Reporting methodology is reviewed annually.
Music to the Ears also tracks 5 further measures - programs delivered, creative experiences, paid opportunities, communities served, credentials earned. They are not published here yet, because a number without a source is a claim rather than a result.
The student journey
01 · Discover
A student encounters new ideas, industries, technologies, and creative possibilities.
02 · Explore
They experience careers, workplaces, colleges, events, and real-world pathways.
03 · Create
They build skills and make real work using professional tools.
04 · Connect
They build relationships with mentors, educators, employers, and creative professionals.
05 · Launch
They pursue portfolios, credentials, internships, apprenticeships, entrepreneurship, college, and careers.

Community implementation
Programming runs in the settings young people already occupy, which is why the reach spans systems that rarely coordinate with each other.
Geographic reporting by city and county is being prepared for the next impact review. Until it is verified it is not on this page.
Case studies
Case studies are reserved for work that demonstrates a model other partners could adopt, not simply an event that went well.

Our education + industry ecosystem
Sustainable opportunity requires an ecosystem connecting education, industry, government, philanthropy, higher education, and community.
The frameworks, standards, and credentialing that programming is built on.
Campuses, faculty, facilities, and field trips that expose students to college environments.
Case studies, certifications, and community partnerships that amplify our efforts.
Where the programming actually lands: K-12 schools, libraries, and communities.
Our work is supported by philanthropic and public-sector partners who share our mission.
The ecosystem grows by adding partners with something specific to contribute: a workplace, a technology, a community, or funding.
Support the mission
Your support puts creative education, technology, mentorship, and industry access in front of young people who would not otherwise get near them.
