Cook.Ed

Food Is a Craft, a Business, and a Career.

Overview

What it is.

Cook.Ed treats a kitchen as what it is: a creative studio with a service window and a margin. Students cook, cost, plate, and serve, and meet the chefs, operators, and hospitality professionals who make a living doing it.
